Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and inputting data
• 6 Months Experience with common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties requiring lifting
• Bi-lingual abilities (preferred) or willingness to learn and communicate with diverse customers

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Help customers locate and select products and services
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment
• Assist in multiple departments to deliver excellent customer service
• Guide customers through checkout and handle inquiries efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned
