Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home projects. You will assist with locating items, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities vary by department and include stocking, processing orders, and supporting customers throughout their shopping journey. Bilingual skills and retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
