Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products in-store, delivering friendly, professional service. You’ll work across departments, assisting with locating merchandise and stocking shelves to meet customer needs.

You will also process orders and deliveries, cross-train in other areas, and guide customers through checkout. Benefits, bilingual and growth opportunities are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input and retrieve data.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech such as phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance when needed.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help locate and handle merchandise for customers.
• Stock merchandise by identifying gaps on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
