Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating items, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned
