Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer or mobile device to input, access, modify information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform required duties
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., oil paint mixing, cutting materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
