Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience or familiarity with entering data.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and assist with checkout.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in different store areas to support the team.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, wood, fixtures).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
