Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tinting, cutting, bundling) as needed
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
