Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction) and basic reading/writing

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
