Job summary

Lowe's in Thomaston, ME is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will work across departments, assist with locating merchandise, process orders and deliveries, and participate in cross-training to deliver excellent service. Candidates should enjoy helping customers and be comfortable with basic math and standing for portions of shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to deliver the best service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
