Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find home improvement products. You will interact with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include locating merchandise, stocking, processing orders, and cross-training across departments. This part-time role offers flexibility and growth opportunities within Lowe's stores.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the team.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, cutting materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
