Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will engage daily with customers, answer questions, and ensure a high level of service across departments.

You will be part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to learn, grow, and cross-train while delivering friendly, reliable support at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smart phones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
