Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer for input/output tasks
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties as required

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
