Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You will assist customers, answer questions, and process merchandise with accuracy while supporting multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months' experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted, or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other departments to deliver the best customer service
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned
