Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Illinois to welcome customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, professional service across departments.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with purchases and problem-solving, and support loading merchandise as needed. This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and extensive associate benefits including health, tuition assistance, and discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Train in other areas to enhance customer service.
