Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Illinois. The role focuses on greeting customers, guiding them to the right products, and answering questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will help locate merchandise, stock shelves, and process orders while maintaining a clean and organized department. The position offers part-time hours, training opportunities, and a benefits-ready environment.

Formación

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
