Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly service throughout their store visit. You will assist with stocking, questions, and checkout, while supporting multiple departments as needed.

The role emphasizes customer care, basic tech usage, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a retail environment. A part-time schedule with potential growth is available.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Six months of using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to minimally lift 25 lbs, unassisted or with help when needed.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, wood, drywall, blinds) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
