Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience for inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and keeping shelves organized.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
