Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and assist with product selection and home improvement needs. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and help locate merchandise throughout the store.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction) proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform store tasks.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves by checking for empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
