Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input and retrieve information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition and subtraction) required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock and organize stock, identifying empty shelf areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve service.
• Support customers through checkout and shopping guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
