Formación

• Six months experience using a computer for input/output tasks.
• Six months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Trade certifications relevant to department are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf upkeep as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
