Job summary

Lowe’s in Asheville, NC seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate dedicated to helping customers find the right solutions for home improvement projects. You’ll welcome shoppers, answer questions, guide purchases, and ensure friendly, efficient service throughout your shift.

You’ll work across departments, stock shelves, process orders, and may train in other areas to deliver the best customer experience. Strong communication and reliability are key.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods.
• Lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint tint, pipe work).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
