Qualifications

• Experience with basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Experience using common retail tech, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
