Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs unassisted or with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve overall service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., cutting, tinting, packaging).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
