Job summary

You will assist customers with locating merchandise, stock shelves, and process orders while supporting multiple departments as needed. This role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and reliable, consistent service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to lift 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
