Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Bethlehem to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through checkout and related services.

The role involves assisting with merchandise placement, loading, and providing friendly, knowledgeable support throughout the day. This position offers opportunities for growth and bilingual engagement in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by filling empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood handling, drywall cutting, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
