Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted or with accommodation

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
