Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties with physical activity up to 75 lbs with team lifting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and assist with loading merchandise.
• Restock shelves and ensure items are replenished where needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Assist with in-dept tasks like tinting paint or preparing items as required.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and support duties as assigned.
