Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services for home improvement, and engage daily with shoppers to resolve questions.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
