Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement. You will interact with guests, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

You may work in various departments and will be cross-trained to deliver the best service. The role requires basic computer and retail tech familiarity, plus the ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail devices (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing empty areas on shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
