You will welcome customers, assist with merchandise, and provide friendly, efficient service across various departments.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem solving, and collaboration with team members to meet daily store goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
