Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The role spans multiple departments and may involve lifting, standing, and assisting with loading merchandise as needed.

Candidates should have basic computer and retail tech experience, with a focus on friendly service and teamwork. Part-time opportunities with flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with standing/sitting and other activities
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish supplies on shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
