Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and process orders. You will support multiple departments and adapt to daily priorities to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have basic computer and retail tech experience, can lift 25 lbs, and provide friendly service while collaborating with teammates in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with an accommodation
• Preferred: bilingual skills
• Preferred: trade certifications in department

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish shelves and restock as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall) as required
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
