Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement projects. You will assist with locating items, answer questions, replenish stock, and ensure orders and deliveries are accurate.

Responsibilities include cross-training in other areas, preparing department merchandise, guiding customers at checkout, and performing other duties to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include: 6 Months Experience using a computer, inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information; 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smart phones and tablets; Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic; Ability to stand/sit for long periods; Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by restocking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas to deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
