Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will listen to customers, answer questions, and keep merchandise organized throughout the day.

The role involves assisting across departments, processing orders, and occasionally loading merchandise. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with emphasis on friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
