Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met throughout their store visit.

The role involves assisting customers across departments, stocking, processing orders, and supporting the team with flexible duties to deliver outstanding service. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer.
• Six months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by filling empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service goals.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
