Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, efficient service in-store.

You'll assist with locating merchandise, answer questions, process orders, and support stocking and shelf replenishment. The role offers part-time hours, flexible schedules, health benefits, tuition assistance, a company 401(k) match and a store discount.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties requiring standing and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs, or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
