Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure friendly, efficient service throughout your shift.

The role spans multiple departments, with duties including stocking, answering questions, and processing orders. Part-time schedules provide flexibility and opportunities to grow within Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
