Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate who welcomes customers and helps them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will interact with shoppers, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the visit.

The role involves assisting in multiple departments, performing basic tasks, and adapting to daily store needs. Strong communication and teamwork enable success in this front-line position.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
