Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement. You’ll welcome customers, assist with merchandise selection, and provide friendly service across various departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
