Qualifications

• 6 months experience with a computer and basic retail tech
• 6 months experience with retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties for long periods
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, hardware)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
