Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement projects. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through checkout in a fast-paced store environment.

This role supports multiple departments and offers opportunities to learn new trades, with a people-first culture and benefits such as health coverage and education assistance.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Trade-certification in department areas (optional).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock and maintain shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise for customers (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
