Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout their shopping journey. You will work across departments, assist with locating items, process orders, and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is prepared to meet customer needs.

The role offers part-time hours, flexible schedules, and opportunities to grow through Lowe's Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months experience using smartphones/tablets for retail tasks.
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties with standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
