Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will assist across departments, handle stock, process orders, and support checkout.

This role emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and flexibility across tasks. Candidates should be comfortable with standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and using basic retail technology.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or equivalent
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and selecting products
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
