Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service across departments. You will assist with locating merchandise, restocking, processing orders, and supporting various tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have experience with computers and common retail technology, good math skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties requiring standing, sitting, and other activities
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or >25lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
