Job summary

Lowe’s in Warwick, RI is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them select products for their home improvement needs. You will assist across departments, handle merchandise, and ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately.

You’ll spend time helping customers, stocking shelves, and collaborating with teammates to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input/access information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing and sitting.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
