Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Warwick, RI to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and support various departments based on store needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department as needed (paint, piping, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
