Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are available.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to assist customer service.
• Assist with department setup (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
