Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Familiarity with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic operations.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties requiring physical activity.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unaided or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup or delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support top-notch customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, pipe, lumber, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
