Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 1 2
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted (or more with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
