Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products and services for home improvement needs. You will interact throughout the day, assist with merchandise and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail setting.

The role emphasizes friendly service, cross-department flexibility, and meeting daily customer needs with efficiency and care.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty spaces on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut pipe, cut wood, cut drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
